[this is already so different from how he'd felt about Archie and Reggie's party. Not to fall into teen melodrama or anything, but he'd felt awkward and low-key freaked out at basically every stage of the process. receiving the invitation, going to the party, being at the party, (seeing Alex in her bikini), the aftermath of the party, each had their own series of mini panic attacks. this invitation reminds him of Valhalla, and it's not just the bloody font. Peter's weird like he and Floor 19 are weird, and it's going to be fun, and there's no reason to freak out about anything]

pull your friend weight, he says to the dead hermits in the woods. but yeah we will. alex will probably want to show everyone he's ever met that invitation so make sure to give him one.
